I'm making a list

and checking it lots of times to make sure I don't miss anything important especially the deadline for my Self Portrait assignment for 12 Day of Christmas course.

My self portrait for last year's 12 Days of Christmas is gonna be tough to beat but I do have a couple of ideas, so watch this space

Happy Birthday Dad

As with most family birthdays we celebrated in a very low key fashion, I remembered the birthday card!

Love you Dad, hope Mum remembered and spoilt you rotten.

Sadly my table looks pretty much as it did however I did manage a little cutting and sticking, I just needs to add journaling as it has one of those photo that needs it's story telling. 

I also took advantage of the good lighting to have Him aka Jon to take a few photos so I could update my profile pictures. 

I used the B&W picture for now but also like the Scrabble name photo. Which do uou like?

Happy National Scrapbooking Day

Have you just hop, hopped over from Sam's blog?  Then a warm welcome and even if you've not come via Sam's blog and ScrapaGoGo's Blog Hop welcome.

It's amazing having a whole day to celebrate this wonderful hobby that is scrapbooking. I mean as a grown up, how wonderful is it to play with pretty papers and glue? The best if you ask me.

So what have I got planned? Well I definitely need to spend some time finding my table/stash again after a little deadline inspired scrapping session. I love my LOs but the messy least said about that the better.

Then I plan to indulge in a little cutting and sticking, at home rather than the crop I thought I was going to this Saturday! I have 2 photos in mind to scrap, this arty photo that I took of Hannah's Ugg boots she got for her birthday.

Plus this photo from Create & Co Crop last weekend.
