I miss this

very special lady.

Some people only know her as Suzanne but to me she's always been Suzie, an amazing lady who I've been lucky enough to call my best friend for nearly seventeen years. We've laughed together, cried together and enjoyed several joint family holidays together that were wonderful. I do regret that maybe I wasn't there enough for her, as she's faced some really tough times this last couple of years and for that I'm sorry Suzie. Love ya.

Remember

my super tidy craft room well it's on short notice to be a disaster area. Yep I have a whole day of indulgent scrapping planned for tomorrow interrupted only by a spot of tea and maybe cake with my dear Karen.
I might even share a photo of the disaster area, well it only seems fair!

Somedays

just don't turn out like you thought they were gonna, well today was one of those days for me.
On a positive note I did manage to keep my cool whilst speaking to the tax people and resolve my issues and my craft room still looks super tidy.

After all the hassle

I had printing out a photograph that wasn't completely pants I'm pretty please with how my LO using February's mini kit turned out, there are full instructions for creating it here.

This weekend once I started I found I was on a bit of a creative roll, sorry nothing I can share at the moment as I have been creating with the rather lush March ScrapaGoGo kit, here's a little peek for now but for the full kit images as you'll have to wait until 12th.

I'm missing

the warm sunny days of California as well as many other things too vast to list. Suffice to say I loved my first trip to the 'US of A' and it will definitely not be the last.

Well that's another

year over and I'm looking forward to what 2010 has in store.

For starters;

• I know that this is the year I must lose weight again, 'no thank you' needs to become a bigger part of my vocabulary.
  
• I know that this is the year I am going to CHA with ScrapaGoGo and that I'm gonna finally meet Mickey and Minnie.
  
• I know that this is the year  I must find a better balance between my hobby and jobs that need to be done around my home.
  
• I know that this is the year I must make a more determined effort go and see my dear friend Suzie.
  
• I know that this is the year we as a family are going to go away for a holiday, the behaviourist may be right that not putting Charlie in Kennels is good but he is not the only member of our family.
• I know that this is the year I must learn to make better use of time.
• I know that this is the year I need to appreciate what I have and give something back. 

So bring it on.
